2.1.1 manage links is not there

True, however when I click the “links ordered by” and change it from the default “name” to “Links ID” (which is what I need) and click update, nothing changes on my blog! (and in fact, when I re-enter the blogroll link management tab the ‘links ordered by’ has reverted back to “name”.

In other words, clicking the Update button is doing nothing.

If this is a “Dashboard” -type problem, then okay. But, is there a way to change a file somewhere to force my blogroll to order the list by ID instead of by name?
