   To upload a theme FTP the theme's folder into the wp-content/themes folder .

   The themes style.css file will be located with in the theme's named folder.

   Example: If you are trying to install a theme named "Defusion" you would upload the folder named "defusion" to the wp-content/themes folder. Inside the "defusion" folder you will find the style.css file.
