How to add favourite posts?

Hi, I run a multi-author site. How can I add a feature “Add to Favourite” for each author. I mean, in every post, there will be a button to add the post to a particular author’s personal pages so that he can visit the post later. This feature is available in youtube, esnips and loads of other places.

Can anybody help me plz.
