   I am a newbie, my wordpress (acrosstrans.com/blog)was installed by someone, I am unsure my version, it may be old, where do I check it? Which version can it match the All in One Seo Pack that features meta tags?

   You are running version 2.2.1 and should upgrade. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database or http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups and backup.

   Once you are comfortable that your database and files are backed up, and you can restore them, them give http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress this link a try.

   If it fails, restore your backups and try again.

   Thanks jdembowski.

   Someone suggests me if I want to upgrade WP, I only install an auto-backup plungin to the database, it isn't necessary to backup database relating to phpmyadmin.

   (A new bird has to learn to fly.)
