Is there a free theme with the following layout……….?

Is there a free theme with the following layout like this:

The site says it uses wordpress but i think it’s a custom theme.

It has the home,photos,bio buttons etc, at the top of the page.

On the left hand side of the page it has site statistics, a welcome message etc.

the right hand side of the page has some videos.

The site looks like a professional fansite and doesn’t look amateur at all.

So i really want to know if anyone knows of a theme that has this exact layout, because I want to create a fansite using wordpress.
