   Running WordPress 2.1 and trying to do an export prior to upgrading. The Export (using Manage:Export:Download Export File) runns for 65 seconds and then outputs a 0byte XML file when I select "ALL" authors.

   There are only two authors, one with 3 posts and one with thousands. The one with 3 posts exports fine.

   It was failing after 30 seconds with a message in the http-error file about "Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded" but I increased this to 3600 seconds.

   Now I only get this warning:

   mod_include: Options +Includes (or IncludesNoExec) wasn't set, INCLUDES filter removed

   Esmi, that's not a very helpful response. Note I said:

   "trying to do an export prior to upgrading"

   I'm running 2.1 because that was what was current when I set this up many years ago.

   Because I'm not even sure that 2.1 supported export/import. As you have such an old version of WordPress, you will need to carry out a series of smaller manual upgrades. See Upgrading_WordPress_Extended for the full details.
