   Is is possible to show some random posts if no related posts are found? The function would also be helpful if it was inserted on 404 page.

   You can just set the match criteria very low and thereby get a bunch of related posts that are not really related that closely.

   It's not exactly random, but this plugin is not a random post plugin, it's a related post plugin...

   Hi all — @artsy.ca, I had the same reaction as you... There are (last I checked) a few other plugins available to offer up random posts, especially in the case of 404 pages.

   I was wondering about that because this feature is present in the Wordpress Related Post plugin. I thought it was a nice idea when i was testing that out.

   It would be wonderful if we could harness the power of YARPP with the possibility of showing some random posts as well.
