   I moved my site to a new host, so my permissions got messed up. Wordpress automatic upgrade keeps telling me "Seems you have not completed the clean up process from last upgrade. Please click here to run the clean up process before continuing". I click it and nothing happens. It cannot delete whatever it needs to - I assume because of permissions. However, I can't find the folder or files it wants to delete. Anyone know where it's balking?

   I had that too in my days. Just use FTP or the file manager of your control panel to delete the backup files, etc.

   Sidenote. If you run a WP old enough for this plugin (it doesn't work on recent versions), you're WAY behind with upgrading.
