   Hi all,

   I'm having an issue with Wordpress 2.6 on my blog which I've been running for several years. I upgraded to 2.6 a few weeks ago with no problems, and have posted several times on my blog since then, etc. All of a sudden, this morning I can no longer log in.

   The username and password are correct (no errors are shown when I enter them on the login page), and it begins to redirect me to /wp-admin but then immediately bounces me back to wp-login.php each time (with no error message). I've tried changing my password, which proceeds successfully but still does not allow me to login.

   Yeah I noticed this problem the other day with one of my blogs. Same thing exactly.

   Might try:
   1. logout or logout with http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?action=logout
   2. clear cookies
   3. exit browser
   4. make sure local firewall is not causing problem
   5. login with http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php

   Michael, tried all those already. Weird isn't it?

   Just wanted to add, I reinstalled (uploaded) WP again, still gives the same problem.

   Log in, and it immediately redirects to the login page.
