Evidently it's a broken feature. I tried to use it twice and all it did was take me to a blank page. It's supposed to delink a commentator's URL, which is useful for those who want to let a comment stand but think the commenter was just just spamming a backlink in.
@Lincoln,
Thanks for the explanation.
I've tested out delink on several wp 2.6 blogs with no issues. Are you by chance getting a JavaScript error right before transitioning to the blank page?
I checked out your site, but since it's an admin feature, there's nothing I can test from my end.
Thanks for checking Ron,
I don't get any PHP or javascript errors, all that happens when I click the Delink is that it takes me to a blank page with a url string like: plugins/wp-ajax-edit-comments/php/AjaxEditComments.php?action=delinkcomment&p=1022&c=2839&_wpnonce=dde5cbf853
This happens whether I do it from the admin or from the comments section on the blog. Weird. =\
Same issue for me when I delete a comment from the comments section (not admin page). Redirects to a blank page. AEC 2.2.1.0.
For those having JS issues, I reverted back to jQuery 1.2.3 (again) for the time being.
Any feedback on if this helps is appreciated.

Worked as well for me! I did notice you can't tell if it's been delinked though until you refresh the page, though I'm guessing this is just how it operates, and not an actual bug.
@Lincoln,
Yeah, that was a design decision I had to make: how to tell when the comment has been de-linked. I decided to keep it simple and remove the "de-link" option if it's successful. If it's not, then an alert box shows.
@All,
If you're still having issues, please submit a support request so I can e-mail you directly.
