I tried several searches, to try and find information about 2.0.8-RC1, but didn't find what I was looking for.
Can I assume that 2.0.8-RC1 came after 2.0.7? And, can I assume that it contains a security fix that I read about in another post?
Sorry, I just realized that I probably have this listed in the wrong category.

From what I can see there isn't yet a 2.08 RC1.
Yes, it will come after 2.07 when it's released.
Depends what the security fix is. You might want to keep an eye on or subscribe to the WP-Testers mailing list at

Actually, there is a 2.0.8-RC-1

However, non-stable versions are NOT supported here in the forum; as Cornell_Finch said: subscribe to the testers list and discuss it there.
