Ajax / Hanging after ticket submission

    Great plug-in but i’m having a small issue.

    After submitting a ticket the page just hangs on the ajax loading .gif image.

    The actual ticket is submitted however, but you have to reload the page to see it. If you don’t reload it just spins forever on a blank page.

    Maybe a script conflict?

    Can the AJAX spinner be deactivated and just reload the page after submission instead?

    Hi biggee71,

    It may occur because of script conflict otherwise it works pretty well.

    Try deactivating other plugins and changing theme. If still having problems, raise ticket Here

    Thanks for your fast reply.

    I went ahead and registered for the pro version but it’s not working on that either.

    I think I have found the problem.

    It seems to be clashing with WP Users Online (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-useronline/)

    But if I disable Users Online WP Support Plus doesn’t work at all?

    Any ideas?

    Hi biggee71,

    I have tested with and without WP Users Online, it works for me normally.

    If possible please create ticket in your members area with sharing your login & ftp details.

    I will resolve it myself.
