Why would they submit problems for your plugin there? Don't you have your own site?

As far as I know, the plugins trac is more or less just a leftover, it's not actively used much anymore.

Why would they submit problems for your plugin there?

course in new version i want to add a link at plugin dashboard - submit a problem.

Don't you have your own site?

Yes i have. But i thouth that plugin directory created for plugin developers and trac and svn probided for developers. isn't it right? of course i can use my site and up trac, forum, svn and plugin download there...

It's exists. I want to use it. So what's so bad in this? its not function propertly, i can't see my plugin. so it mean no one who have some request can't submit any issue for plugin.

I see a problem, how about you?

So what's so bad in this?

I did not say that your request was bad, just that it was not likely. Like I said, I don't believe anybody uses or maintains the plugins trac. It's sorta dead, so getting any sort of response on this is unlikely.

The only people that can help you would be contacted here:

Doesn't seem dead to me; As of today, developers are adding tickets, and associating those tickets with components. I'd like to do the same thing, but I don't want to add a ticket that isn't associated to my plugin through the component field (or some other field). If there's a way to do this now that didn't exist four months ago, could someone provide a link or explain how?

I know this is an old post, but I have the same problem with my plugin and trac, and I'd really like to use it for bugs and feature tracking...

@Otto42: the good integration with svn is a feature you can't easily provide on a separate website. And apart from that: why would I want to setup my own syste if there is already one set up and running.

Other people seem to have had the same problem in the past but I haven't read anything about how to solve it.

Has anyone had any luck adding their plugin to the components list?
