Meta Title not changed on Posts

    I’ve seen there has been a similar thread approx. 6 months ago, but it has been marked as resolved and I am not sure whether my issue is related to the same bug:

    I use Multipage Plugin on a site with WordPress set on de_DE as language code.

    I split the post using short code as follows:

    [nextpage title=”Wohin in Südengland”]

    Unfortunately, Meta title is not changed, it stays like this:

    <title>England – der Süden | Site Title | Seite 2</title>

    whereas I’d expect it to be

    <title>Wohin in Südengland | Site Title | Seite 2</title>

    As the site is still under construction, there’s not yet any SEO Plugin installed that might effect titles.

    Did I misunderstand what the Plugin is doing to titles or is this still related to language issues? If so, is there anything I could do about this?

    In case you need an Admin Access to the Page I’d be happy to grant it to you.

    Hi,

    MultiPage Plugin just replaces e.g. “Page 2” with the current subtitle in the title. Could you try temporarely deleting the DE language file?
