   I get the impression (also from it's site) that the author of this brilliant plugin has stopped updating it. With the WP 2.6 problems I wonder:
   Is there any alternative plugin?
   I just need a plugin to generate a clickable thumbnail of each post, to be displayed above the more tag in my site.
   Possible to use http://alexrabe.boelinger.com/?page_id=80, PhotoJar or any other?

   why needing a plugin to do something so simple, why not make in inside Wordpress ??

   The philosophy at the beginning of the blogs was "text". So WP is not developped to manage images. You can manage this kind of things with the custom fields implemented in WP. A lot of plugins use this.

   @ nlex - Like to share some thoughts on how to do this? Maybe a link if its explained before?
   (I need a thumb of a post's first image to be displayed before the more tag - at the start of each post but only on the blog's front page/ overview pages)
