   I have tried kPicasa and love it but I cant get lightbox or highslide to work. What is the problem?

   Now, lightbox is activated.

   I solved in by installing previous version and then upgrade.

   Don't know why but it worked.

   Hey. I had this same problem. I changed kpicasa-gallery-folder chmod to 755. It was 700 before for some reason. It helped me.
