Glossy Black Template issues

    I purchased the Glossy Black template a few weeks ago. Completed a newsletter. Now when I try open the Newsletter to edit, it will not open properly. I tried opening one of the other Newsletter’s I created using one of your free template and this Newsletter opens OK. So the application program is working well, there is just something that has gone wrong when using the Glossy Black Template. We would appreciate your assistance as we spent quite a bit of time creating this Newsletter!
