I’ve updated the spanish translation of Google Calendar Events to match plugin version 2.0.0 and uploaded it to /wp-content/plugins/google-calendar-events/languages folder, but translation doesn’t work.

Then, I’ve renamed the translations files to “gce.mo” and “gce.mo”, but they don’t work, either.

Which are the correct translation files and in which directory should they be located?

    Thanks in advance,

    Eduardo Larequi.

    Hi Eduardo,

We will look into fixing this and get back to you so the translation can be included.

Also, would you like us to link to a website of yours in the credits? We’d be happy to for your contribution.

Feel free to also email me at pderksen AT gmail.com.

    Thanks for your attention, Phil.

I’ll send you the .po and .mo files by email in some minutes, but they must be regarded as a provisional translation, since I have not been able to verify all the aspects of correction, appropriateness, etc. When translation works, I will had to review it; it’s very likely that I make some changes to it.

I have just tested version 2.0.1. The readme.txt file says:

    “Added language folder.”

But in this version there’s no language folder. And, even after creating this folder with .po and .mo files, and uploading to /wp-content/plugins/google-calendar-events/languages, translation doesn’t work.

It doesn’t work, either, if I put translation files in /wp-content/languages/plugins/
