Users Under the Same Network

    Hi,

    I think this plugin is great. However, it is failing to show the correct list of online users on my WordPress site. We are using the site as an Intranet for our organization and we are all using computers under the same network.

    For some reason, it only displays a single user online at a time when we are using it internally. But when the account is logged in from another computer on another network, it works.

    Can you help me with this issue? Many thanks!

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, the plugin detects external IP rather than internal IP because it is meant to be used on the internet rather than the intranet.
