Hi, I have a clients website, the login form hasn't been touched, everything was working fine up until today.
When incorrect details are entered into the form it comes up with an error message. When correct details are submitted nothing happens. You are just stuck on the login form. I tried to access wp-admin in case it had silently been accepted but no joy.
Does anyone know what the cause of this could be?
Where would I begin troubleshooting?
Is it a new installation ? was something moved ? upgrades ? migration ?
was it ok before ? what was the last operation? does that occur on all machines ? (SO,Browsers..)

Occurs on all machines and browsers and all user accounts. Installation has been running error free for 2 months. Hasn't been upgraded. Hasn't been moved. Nothing has been migrated.
I do not know what the last operation was. All I know is that yesterday the client could log in, today they cannot.

I still require help on this.
Well, you know that a new version of wordpress has been published, 2.6.2 ?
Take the opportunity to upgrade your blog (upload the wordpress files, overwriting everything offered to overwrite, and of course backup your database beforehand)
There's a chance it will solve your problem anyway.
BTW : on a support forum when you need the help from other people, you kindly ask for help, you don't require it. Nuance.
