I just noticed I have two tag editing forms on my post editing page (admin / backend). any idea why / how that have might have occurred?
I have, on occasion, added customizations to theme files to implement plugins and such but never remember messing with anything in the wp-admin folder. ???

I just upgraded a second site to WP 2.61 and now I have this phenomenon occurring there as well. This is when this seemed to occur on the first site. Disabled all plugins / changed theme to default and upgraded via CPanel
Does it happen the same when you upgrade manually?

Mysterious... I just upgraded another site from 2.51 to 2.61 and it doesnt do this. I thought it might might be a theme "thing" but all the sites use different themes. One site uses K2 - another site uses Nishita and the last one that doesnt do it uses TumbleJack. I have a site using K2 and 2.6 that doesnt do this.... weird...
