    You could try doing a manual upgrade by downloading the latest WordPress to your local machine, unzip it, and then carefully replace the WordPress files on your server with the newly downloaded versions files, making sure to *NOT* overwrite the “wp-config.php” file or the “wp-content” folder.

    I’m having the same problem with one site so far. It is on HostMonster. They have not responded to the help request yet. I also had to install a plugin manually.

    Other sites have gone ok.
