Error in deleting

    Hello – I use the latest version of WP on my site and when logged in to the dashboard I can not delete drafts or posts. Whenever I try I always get the same message – Error in Deleting. I try to keep the site updated with the latest version but each time I try to delete I keep getting the same message, any suggestions?

    That’s all the error says? Odd.
    Permissions good?
    755 for folders and 644 for files

    I’m having the same problem… my question is why would permissions matter? isn’t this a database issue? Could the error be on deleting temp files or cached pages (forgive me for my ignorance, I just started dealing with the backend functionality and haven’t read all of the documentation yet)

    Regarding the 755 and the 644 permissions – they appear to be all set right. Any other suggestions?

    Same problem. I can delete posts one at a time from the page where I would edit the posts, but no batch deletions. The only error message is “Error in deleting…”

    Seems like I am not the only one who is having this problem. I keep updating my WP whenever a new version is available but to date the problem in deleting continues.
