When you go to my main page: http://www.scribeofages.com/blog it shows just fine. When I go to login I get this message: Your database is out-of-date. Please upgrade. I click the "upgrade" link and then I land on a blank page located here: http://scribeofages.com/blog/wp-admin/upgrade.php
I can't seem to upgrade my WP copy anyway I turn. I log into CPanel and I can't find a way to upgrade it from there either. I go to the cPAddon cPanel::Blogs::WordPress are and all it tells me is this: This is a modified cPanel module. Please contact the maintainer for support. (v2003.0211) Website http://www.wordpress.org/
Anyone have some ideas that they can toss my way? Thanks.
What version of wp do you have? Did you recently upgrade by ftp?

I honestly don't know what version it is because I can't get into any of the installation at all. All I can see is the blog on the live site. To my knowledge I haven't ever upgraded it unless it was in the CPanel and that was maybe once like a year ago. If I absolutely have to, I could delete the install and reinstall fresh, but I have recieved some comments lately to my blog (thus how I discovered this problem) and I would really like to read them if I can.
You don't know your own version?
I looked - it is 2.0.5 - really ancient.
So, did you download any newer version of wordpress and upload it to your server? If not, it is not possible to upgrade.
The newest version is 2.6.2

Oh, ok. I did not download any newer version to the server. So does this mean if I put a new install in there that it will erase my posts and comments or will it preserve them?
You do NOT put a new install there. You upgrade. After carefully studying the documentation and following the instructions to the letter!
