  • Hey there,

Yes. You can setup a separate free level which you can have all your users register for. If you want, you can even add a simple checkout form anywhere you want for it with the Register Helper addon and the [pmpro_signup] shortcode, to encourage your users to register for the free level immediately.

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    Jess

I have the free level setup; however, I don’t want them to have to select the free level. I want it to be automatic that on initial setup, the user is just given that free level.

    Thanks

just select default role in general wp settings

Hello there i wanted to ask about the opposite michael mentioned above.
im buidling a dating website and im looking to get the members to subscribe to a monthly bill to maintain there account’s. My problem is when i redirect my guest to the levels page and they select a level to subscribe, the default wordpress membership intefears and ask the user to create an account first to he upgrade his account later.

I have watched some videos on youtube on how to set it up and i saw that the plugin must generate a sing up page along with the rest of the pages like leveles, check out etc which i dont seem to have. Of course did again a generate of the pages but again with no success.

Michael, you might be looking for something like this:

Spyrosen, PMPro tries to redirect the default WP registration page to the PMPro levels page. If this is not happening, then maybe another plugins (BuddyPress) or your theme is overriding this or not playing nice with PMPro. If you post this to our member forums, we can work out a solution for your specific theme/etc.
