Accidentally wiped out my blog

    Was trying to get the default Widgets to go away and accidentally messed up the functions.php file in wp-includes. Thought I had it backed up, but realized I had accidentally written over the only file. Now the blog and admin pages are inaccessible. Is there anything I can do?

    can you not re-upload the file from the WordPress download?

    Just upload WP again, the content of it is savely in the database.
    As a matter of fact, why don’t you just take the files you mucked up from the original WP download (or download it again) and upload those again?
