Hi, APT currently tags posts only when the actions “save_post” and “publish_post” are triggered; the other plugin probably uses some other way to add posts to the database.
I’ll try to fix this in the next version, sorry for the inconvenience.
(The bulk tagging tool should be able to correctly retag all your posts; it has to be run manually however.)

It took me approximately a year to release v1.6, and since v1.7 is supposed to be even more complex, don’t expect it to be released anytime soon. I don’t have much free time right now.

I have also problems with this new update. My posts with feedwordpress dont get tagged aswell.

for bulk tagging, plugin does not process post and tagging them.
I think I know what the problem is; you’ll need to modify WpeMatico’s code:
Open the file /wp-content/plugins/wpematico/app/campaign_fetch_functions.php and comment out the lines 192 and 193 like this:

Now APT should be able to add tags to posts created by WpeMatico without any problems.
If you still haven’t managed to make the bulk tagging tool work, I will need to know how you configured APT (a screenshot of your settings might help).
