Hi,
New to blogs, new to WordPress. I had my ISP provider install a blog to a subdirectory in our website so that we could embed it into our website. Things have gone well except for 2 problems 1) The blog is very very slow, and 2) We cannot add any users. The users problem happens as follows - we go to the user page - enter all of the information, click submit - and absolutely nothing happens. Not sure why, but I can only figure that it must be a file that I need to adjust, move or a directory setting that is not done correctly. Anybody ever experience this problem and any advice on how to deal with it?
Many Thanks
Glenn
Just a quick follow up on this to see if there are any other ways to get help for Wordpress. I have asked my ISP provider for help - they cannot figure out the problem. I posted this question 3 days ago - nobody here seems to know what the issue is. I am about to give up on Wordpress and try SBlog instead - as the level of frustration has reached a boiling point in trying to get the product to work. Is there a user support group that I can contact for SBlog - even a paid service that can have a look at the settings - see what is done right - and where the problem may be?
Thanks

First of all, when you say your ISP do you mean your hosting service? Because your ISP is your internet service provider.
Second, why are you asking here for information about another blog software?
Third, no. I've never heard of this problem. When you say "nothing happens", what exactly do you mean? Something has to happen. Something always happens even if it's not what you expect.
