BWP re-Captcha field not appearing on Contact 7 form

I can’t get the recaptcha to work on my site. In put in the api keys, added the tag to contact form 7, but nada.

I’ve reset safari, turned off my modem for 10 mins, still nothing. I even had 2 friends try the form, but they submitted without the recapture requirement appearing.

Client is getting hammered with spam!
