Update: New team member to help out here.

Hi All,
Just a quick note. At Wordfence we strive to provide an excellent customer support experience and due to our rapid growth I don’t feel we’ve been able to give our free community on these forums the level of customer service I’d like.
So to that end we’ve added a new member to our team for a couple of weeks and possibly beyond that. Tim will be helping out here and his username is “WFSupport”. He is part of our team so please give him a warm welcome. Right now it’s labor day long weekend, so he may or may not appear here, but expect him to be around starting Tuesday to answer your questions.
He has a direct line to the rest of our team to escalate issues, he is one of the few people in the World that has my personal phone number and he even learned the secret handshake today.
So just wanted to give you this update and let you know that we care about every customer, both paid and free and we’re working hard to provide the best customer experience possible.
