Are you referring to adding them to actual product? Or the initial setup in attributes page of jigoshop settings?

Is there any general rule why this issue happened or it was specific to dragonflyfla’s setup?
Asking because I have the exact same problem but can’t figure it out.

Hi Loopz – they never figured out what caused this issue. I did setup a new database and didn’t install the theme’s samples and then it worked. Maybe that will help you.
