Hey gang. Im not very proficient with PHP. i can copy/paste my way around but thats about it πŸ™‚

Knowing that, how would i go about adding columns to the end-user side of the table? I.e., the current (default) columns are Name, Status, and Last Reply. I want to add Department(the||double||pipes||thing) and one of the USER FIELDS i created.

    Is this possible? Thanks!

User fields you create should already show up. You can make user field for Department as well. Editing the code is not recommended, because then you cannot update the plugin without losing all your code changes.

i think you misunderstood what i meant.

on the table view – when viewing the list of tickets.

ive already added the field when creating a new ticket.

i was wondering if there’s a way to add those columns to the list of tickets when viewing them
