Next / Previous Navigation on Homepage

Hey,

I used to have a next/previous navigation on my homepage while the theme had the options plugin (yeah I’m late a little bit), but now this option is gone, for me at least. I understood it’s still available, but I can’t find it in the appearance customize screen as it should be (right?). So how do I bring it back?

The customized [read more…] option is gone for me too, by the way.
