• Hello!

I work at a Sportcenter, mostly with planning all the activities in our different facilities. Our activity schedule is written in Word, very simple.

I was wondering if it is possible to somehow link our schedule to our homepage. This far it is very simple, I know, I could just save it as a PDF-file and upload it as a picture.
However, the schedule changes on a daily basis and It’s too much work to upload a new PDF-file 3-4 times a day. This is why I need something that automatically updates on the homepage as I make a change in the document.

I highly doubt this can be achieved using only Word Documents, I can consider using different programs.

  • What about a plugin like Google Doc Embedder? You could host a master schedule file somewhere on the internet in Word. Say on Amazon Web Services or DropBox for instance. Then embed the document into your homepage using Google Doc embedder. Reading the documentation you’d have to chose .doc not .docx as the file format but that is doable. The file could also be downloadable to anyone who wanted to download it.
