• My old subscribers are getting my emails through Jetpack subscriptions, but no one new can sign up. I just tried to sign myself up with both of my emails, one worked and the other didn’t. For the email that didn’t work, I just never got an email to confirm the subscription.
One of my followers emailed me saying he gets a message that says “There was an error when subscribing, please try again.” When I tried to type in his email for him to subscribe, the page refreshed, but he never received the subscription email.

Is there any way to fix this? My blog is http://www.adventuresaroundasia.com

@rgamlam I looked into things further, and everything seems to be working correctly on our end as I was able to successfully subscribe to your blog via email.

It’s quite possible that both addresses that didn’t work are pending confirmation. This means that that the confirmation email was sent, but the confirmation link wasn’t clicked. This can happen for several reasons. It’s possible that the confirmation email was overlooked. It’s also possible that the confirmation email got incorrectly flagged as spam by your email host. Gmail also has some filters that will send emails from WordPress.com to a different folder – you can search for donotreply@wordpress.com to see if it was perhaps routed elsewhere.

You can also go to http://subscribe.wordpress.com to manually confirm your subscription.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
