Pods – Custom user is it possible

Hi!

I wonder if Pods framework manages creation of custom user?
I want to add some fields to user and even to make relationship with other content types!
These fields are: family name, first name, logo (picture), biography … and a relationship to a category.

If not, what is the solution? Are there any plugins you propose me?
