    Hi guys,

like your plugin but am running into some issues with it – there seems to be a problem processing some of our images from within the WordPress-backend…

I tried “Krak’ em all” first but it only worked on a couple of images, leaving all the other images ‘blank’ (no info on whether the optimization has failed or whatever…).

Then I tried optimizing images one by one and that did do the trick for some but there are images left that cannot be optimized whatsoever, neither via bulk nor by single selection.

All of the tryouts do of course count against my volume limit 😉

If I use one of our images with the web interface then it works fine – but I’d rather have it all be processed automatically rather then downloading and uploading…

One image that failed in backend:

Screenshot of the faulty bulk-processing (generating no results):

Maybe try it out with the sample image in your WordPress? If that is working fine then I can provide access to our site and we can check for other error sources there…

    Thanks for looking into this!

    Hi there,

Sorry for the issue you are facing. I tried optimizing the image you provided on my test blog and it optimized without any problems. Are you using a CDN or cloud store like Amazon S3 on your blog, for some images? Anyway, it would be great if we could continue this discussion by email, feel free to drop an email to ksalman at kraken dot io.

    Sincerely,

    Karim
