I need some advices on a real estate plugin

As i said on my topic, i need some advices on something.

I’m a designer and i’ve been working with people who developed real estate sites(partnership). They coded the real estate sites, i added wordpress(like a /blog folder) and did the design on the blog and the real estate main site. Now, the guys said they have a real estate plugin for wordpress, which allows you to actually bring in the search, search results pages, detailed pages of homes into wordpress …(what i like there is they said they can get the MLS listings daily and insert it into database so you don’t have to spend time adding homes on it — i know that’s common on real estate sites, but haven’t seen it done in wordpress before)

If you have time, please check it out and give me some advices on it … see, here’s the thing – i need some advice myself, before advising my clients if they should choose it … it looks great, and from what they’ve said, it’s really easy to use, but maybe there are things which i didn’t see and might come up at a later time …
