What kind of conflict do you have with W3 Total Cache?
We use W3 Total Cache with the DoFollow Case by Case plugin and have no problema.
Please send us more details so we can debug the problema.

hey, thanks for the interest, I found a temporary solution, the conflict was due to the database caching by W3TC, disabling that the W3TC got back to work. The conflict was the W3TC not working properly anymore, for exple was impossible to clear the cache, probably due to this database kind of conflict.
Thanks for the information and the solution you have found.
We are on holidays now and will have a look at the beginning of September.

All fixed was not your plugin fault sorry for the inconvenient, I revert to 5STAR for this plugin 🙂

just a quick update on these conflicts, it may help some other user, there were 3 plugin involved, your DFollow, W3TC and Google Analytics by Yoast. Google Analytics does not like Minify on, disabling it make it work. DoFollow dose not like Database Cache on on W3TC… with W3TC set this way all works ok even if it is not the best setup.
