Featured Image Alignment

    Currently I am having a problem that the featured image for each post is showing above the excerpt on the main page. I would like to change it so that the image is directly to the left of the excerpt. fashionswain.com

    I figured out how to float the image on the left, but I would like the image on the left with the title and the text on the right. Is there a way to do this?
