    Hi,
I parameter the URL feed and I get successfully the five first preview items.
But my feed item list is empty.
Then I assume that, according to the documentation, I must import them using the OPML Importer tool.
But I don’t know where to find the file which normally contains the feed items. Nothing is mentioned on the documentation.
Please could you help me on telling me where to find the file location?
    Thanks.

    Hi,

So you added a new feed source and entered the URL, then saw the feed item preview in the sidebar, right?

If I understand well the problem is that feed items are not being imported, although they are being shown in preview. The most common cause of that is a problem with cron, check out our documentation on that topic.

    Hi,
Thank you. Even thought and reading the documentation, I e”xport the feed XML files, then upload then successfully but the item list is still empty and no item present, I never get any feed.
