• What else to say? This plugin has simplified securing my WordPress installs by bringing several security measures “under one roof” and removing the need for some of my security hacks. In combination with a couple of small remaining hacks, Wordfence increases my confidence and that of my clients, and all my research suggests that this confidence is justified. My logs have shown attacks blocked, on one site on a very regular basis, Falcon seems to work well, and options for automatic updating and to tweak the notifications are useful and comprehensible. And I’ve yet to have it argue with anything else I’ve installed.

The only slight glitch (if you’d call it that) is that I need my host to put in a firewall exception for each site I install it on, but they are very happy to do that (and do it quickly) and I’d rather they have a nice strong firewall, so I’m not grumbling… at least not now I know WHY my scans had stopped working!!

I’ll certainly continue to use and recommend it widely.
