Rewards System for use with MarketPress

Hi, I am running a online site that sells physical products using MarktPress. I would like to implement a rewards system to increase my sales. I was wondering if there was a way to do this whether it be a plugin or manually editing MarketPress. I have a list of things that I would need to implement for this to work on my site.
1. Rewards Points that has the balance in a widget
2. Rewards on Registration and reward for referrals.
3. Rewards for those referred buying products
4. Pop ups when new points are added
5. Can be applied as a cart discount on checkout (1 point = $0.01)

If someone can help me with the development of this it would be greatly appreciated. I will pay if someone is wiling to code a plugin doing all of these things with Marketpress. Thanks Guys!
