Realizing that we're going to have a lot of new content coming in waves, I have a website I should be treating more like a CMS site than a blog. There's just way too much content up front to sort through. I want to pare it down, but have much of it neatly indexed for a quick glance. I was looking at the Yahoo News homepage, and I like the "Top Stories" w summaries, followed by the title-only "More stories" underneath with Categories broken down below. How can I refab my homepage to have a similar visual layout of my content? How much CSS/PHP do I need to know? Are there plugins that can help do the job? I'm a bit of a newbie with WP, but love the backend design to allow contributors help me publish a lot of info. We just need to tidy up the front! Thanks in advance.
Oh yeah, the site:
