    I want to call WP function nocache_headers() to make sure I reload the page every time.

    I’d think the init action might be OK. That’s the first one that comes to mind, and should send those headers before anything actually gets done.

    Thank you. It seems to work for Firefox and Chrome. IE appears to take a minute or two before it reloads the page.
