   Please help. I have looked and looked and simply can`t find any information about how to resolve this error:

   Fatal error: Class 'IXR_Server' not found in D:\webspace\millsysadmin\refreshcom\refreshcommunications.ca\www\xmlrpc.php on line 108

   I have confirmed that
   1. the class-IXR.php file has correct lower and upper case and that it`s specified correctly in xmlrpc.php as well.
   2. There are no extra spaces at the end of any the xmlrpc.php file
   3. The file actually exists and has correct permissions

   Having you tried comparing it to a fresh copy of wp-includes/class-IXR.php ? Looks like you are using WP 2.6.1, an original of that file is at:

   http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress/tags/2.6.1/wp-includes/class-IXR.php
