Show content based on user group!

    Hello!
    Wanted to know, if it is possible to make, that, page content, to show up, if user is from certaing User Group.

    For Example, Groups,
    Unknown
    Visitor
    Member
    Family

    And I paste code, in page wp-page-template, that content shows up only if user is Family or Memeber.

    Otherwise Sorry, you do not have access to this content.

    Is it possible, to do it?

    And maybe someone can help me with code? because I am new to all this.
