    Yes, it is possible.
    First you will need to create a custom field for the phone price. Use only number for the field, don’t add the currency sign for the price.
    eg. 1000, not USD$ 1000.
    Then in the form setting, you can add it as the filter in the search form.
    That’s it.

    Can I Create It With Your Plugin Or O Will Have To Do It By Any Other Way.

    Actually there is the features included in WP, you can read it here.

    Also, there are many plugins out there to help you create the meta field. But be careful when create the meta field by the plugin, some of the plugin may not compatible with my plugin.

    Also, you can create it manually. Again, there are plenty tutorial out there to guide you how to create custom meta field. Like this.
