Latest version is broken

Use of this plug-in with WP 3.9.2 has made all my contact forms disappear. There is a thread on this in the support forum:

This plug-in also had a major vulnerability in version 5.1.0.3, which supposedly has been fixed in 5.1.0.4.

The developer did not respond to requests to fix the plug-in, so the WordPress security team stepped in with an update.
I would not use this plug-in until the developer responds. In the meantime, I’m off to install another plug-in and rebuild the 39 forms that were lost.
