Are images inserted into posts permanent?

    Hi all,

    Just looking for some feedback here on my blog. I often use the “insert image” (http://i.imgur.com/t68fAaG.png) in my posts and use images that I’ve screenshot and uploaded in imgur.

    My question is whether these images will remain on my blog permanently? My understanding is that it’s hosted in imgur, and I’m merely just inserting that into my post. Is there a quick/smart way to ensure all the images I use are uploaded into WordPress?

    I’m worried that one day my images won’t work and all my posts will suck because no images.

    Hey there

    If you want to be sure these images always exist in your blog posts, you should not use “Insert from URL” You are correct in saying once those images are removed at the source link, they will be removed from your blog posts.
